Cypress Mountain Description:

Cypress Mountain in Vancouver, British Columbia is the official venue for the 2010 Winter Olympic Snowboarding events and freestyle skiing events. Located approximately 19 miles from the Vancouver Olympic Village, Cypress Mountain features 52 trails spread across 600 acres and served by 9 lifts. Night skiing, multiple terrain parks, nordic skiing, snowshoeing, and snow tubing round out the additional offerings at Cypress Mountain.

Located a mere 19 miles (31 km) from Vancouver in the Canadian Province of British Columbia, Cypress Mountain is easily accessed by car or shuttle bus (see directions below).

The resort is served by Vancouver International Airport - "The Gateway to the Games."
