What is a Capstrap?

Definition: A Capstrap is the registered name of Burton Snowboard's binding toe strap. It differs from a conventional toe strap in that it connects to the front of the snowboard boot, pulling the boot back against the highback of the binding and providing for a more snug fit and better control of the board. Other companies have copied this design, using different names to denote the more advanced feature.
Also Known As: Pro Strap

With this new Capstrap, my snowboard boots no longer move inside my bindings!
