FUEL TV Overview:

FUEL TV is a cable television channel focused on action sports such as skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, surfing, bmx and other sports. The channel launched in 2003, and currently beams action sports content 24 hours a day, 7 days a week into over 26 million American households. FUEL TV also has a full network in Australia, and airs some content in the U.K. and Portugal on the FX channel. FUEL TV is currently owned by Fox Cable Networks, the parent company of which is Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation.

FUEL TV's Other Offerings:

In addition to 24/7 action sports television programming, FUEL TV also maintains an extensive website that offers videos, full-length programming, events calendars, and occasionally, live footage of action sports events.

Music is an integral part of FUEL TV as well, with live performances from indie, punk, hardcore, hip-hop and other acts airing frequently as part of the channel's The Daily Habit show. Other shows which focus entirely on new musical acts are also offered.

The channel is known for being a big supporter of the action sports industry and culture.
